Returns Policy

You may return your item within 10 days, if it is new and unopened. The item needs to be in the same condition as received. This includes sealed packaging for accessories and protective screen stickers still intact for our iChargers or loggers.

iCharger NZ does not accept returns of any item that has been opened or damaged, as we are unable resell this item. Please ensure your item is in new condition before starting the returns process.

Once we have received the item and inspected it, a refund (minus) shipping will be issued back to the PayPal account used during checkout. iCharger NZ does not cover shipping costs for the return item in the event of change of mind. However, we are happy to provide full refund for all items in your order or any specific item being returned providing our return conditions are met.
